Weekly Menu 8/19 - 8/25

Whole grain, gluten free pancakes I made for dinner last week.
Last week was sort of an "off" week for me. I really struggled pulling a menu together and wasn't very happy with my lack of inspiration to cook/plan. I ended up not even making a few things I planned to make (thank-goodness for a stocked pantry!). I guess I'm "back" this week because menu planning came much easier! I was very pleased to see ham on sale at one of the grocery stores I frequent so I added them to my list of stops (I only shopped at four stores to get all the ingredients/sale items on my shopping list!).

Monday

D Slow cooker ham, mashed potatoes and gravy, veggie, cupcakes

Tuesday

L Ground beef nachos
S Pretzels
D BBQ chicken sandwiches on dinner rolls, oven fries, veggie

Wednesday

B Oatmeal
S Cubed melon
L Omelets
S Peanut butter cookies
D Hot ham and cheese on dinner rolls, oven fries, veggie, brownies

Thursday

B Cold cereal
S Cubed melon
L Beef and bean tacos
S Popcorn
D White bean chicken chili (slow cooker - I have an eye appointment right before dinner!), cornbread

Friday

B Muffins
S Bananas
L Chicken nachos
S Peanut butter cookies
D Sliced ham, cinnamon rolls

Saturday

L Omelets
S Popcorn
D Out for dinner
